Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our parking services:

  1. Free Car Wash: Every booking includes a complimentary car wash as part of our service.
  2. Parking at Own Risk: Parking with OR Tambo Affordable Parking is entirely at the vehicle owner's own risk.
  3. Definition of "Parking": "Parking" includes the vehicle’s movement to and from the airport, as well as the duration it remains stationary at our facility.
  4. Website Images: All images displayed on our website are for illustration, marketing, and display purposes only. Vehicles are securely parked under covered carport facilities.
  5. Independent Business: OR Tambo Affordable Parking is a privately owned service and is not affiliated with OR Tambo International Airport or Airports Company South Africa (ACSA).
  6. Booking Agreement: By submitting a booking form, you authorize OR Tambo Affordable Parking to store, valet, and return your vehicle at the specified time and rate indicated on the booking form.
  7. Vehicle Inspection: It is the driver’s responsibility to conduct a full inspection of the vehicle’s condition and contents before handing it over. Any existing damage must be recorded and confirmed by both parties on the Vehicle Drop Off List.
  8. Liability Waiver: OR Tambo Affordable Parking, including its employees, representatives, and agents, shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or any personal belongings left inside the vehicle while in our care, custody, or control. Any assistance or repairs arranged by OR Tambo Affordable Parking in such instances are provided strictly as a gesture of goodwill and do not constitute an admission of liability.
  9. Insurance Requirement: Customers must ensure that their vehicles are comprehensively insured for total loss or damage while using our parking services.
  10. Prohibited Items: Leaving illegal substances or prohibited items in the vehicle while parked with us is strictly forbidden.
  11. Driving Limitation: The vehicle owner consents to a maximum of 25 km being driven within the OR Tambo Airport perimeter as part of our operational process.
